This error is most often found on Huawei phones, but it can also on other devices.
The fact is that the OS of such devices works a little differently, and when the device is rebooted, it does not allow third-party applications to start automatically, to save resources.
You need to go into the phone settings, find the page with the application there. And turn on the “autostart” function, as shown in the screenshot:
Depending on your device, this setting may be different. You should search approximately in “Settings -> Applications -> Application Name”.
