If you chose e-mail as the target, then you can set 1) an e-mail address where to send SMS 2) enable so that SMS will be sent only when wi-fi is turned on (to save Internet traffic) 3) deferred sending allows you to send SMS received when there was no Internet, then when the Internet appears 4) set up a message template (only for the Pro version):
